You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

You have the right to request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances, such as when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, including processing for direct marketing purposes.

Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you. We do not currently use automated decision-making processes.

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to all legitimate requests within one month. If your request is particularly complex or you have made multiple requests, we may extend this period by a further two months, in which case we will notify you.

Data Protection for Children

Given that our services are designed for children and young people, we take additional care with their personal information:

  • We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13
  • We limit the collection of children's data to what is necessary for our educational services
  • Parents or guardians may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time
  • We do not condition a child's participation on the disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary

International Data Transfers

We primarily store and process data within the United Kingdom. If we transfer personal data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

Data Breaches

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to affected individuals, we will also notify those individuals without undue delay.
